Order Processing

All of our products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing and fulfillment before shipping.

Shipping Times

• United States: 3–7 business days after fulfillment

• International: 7–15 business days after fulfillment (delivery times may vary by location and customs)

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Issues

• If your package is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@whitelegacyapparel.com within 30 days of delivery.

• If the shipping address provided was incorrect or if a package goes unclaimed, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.
